A dynamic instructor and outdoor enthusiast, Joan Julia motivates her clients to continually challenge themselves. It's her goal to make fitness fun and rewarding, and her classes are full of high energy beats and furious moves. Certified as a group fitness instructor, Joan is also CPR and First Aid certified. If she's not at our club leading a class, you can always find Joan outside on a bike or hiking a trail!

Determined and always up for a challenge, Chuck James loves to remind his clients of the positive benefits of exercise and a healthy, fit lifestyle. A certified trainer and group fitness instructor, Chuck's enthusiasm is hard to resist! Chuck is also CPR and First Aid certified, a biking enthusiastic, and super fan of strength training.
